Hengshui Jizhou Qinghua Plastics Factory was founded in 1984. It is a professional plastic product manufacturer integrating production, processing, sales and service. Mainly produces PET, RPET, PETG, GAG, PP, HIPS, CPET, anti-fog PET, anti-static PET, etc. Its subsidiaries include Hengshui Huasu Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. and Shijiazhuang Qinghua New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
We have 15 large-scale advanced technology PET/GAG/PETG/PP/HIPS/PVC sheet production lines with an annual output of more than 50,000 tons and 15 domestic and foreign advanced thermoforming equipment, which can produce many kinds of thermoforming packages such as PP, BOPS, PET, HIPS, PVC, etc.. At the same time, we can provide custom services for various thermoformed packaging products.
We strictly follow the market access system regulations and strictly implement production management. Our products all have passed the certification testing, such as FDA, ROHS, EU. And they have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Chile, Lebanon, Greece, Saudi Arabia, and Peru, and etc..
The Factory History
Hengshui Jizhou Qinghua Plastics Factory was established 1984. It is one of the factories of Qinghua Group. Created one after another outstanding performance base on the spirit of bear hardships and pioneering & enterprising during the past 41 years.
In the 1980s, Qinghua Plastic Factory was founded. At that time, it was the first plastics factory in the northern region that produced plastic packaging materials.
In the 1990s, we became the leading manufacturer of plastic products in the local market with outstanding quality and continuous innovation.
With the advent of the 21st century, With the continuous renewal of ideas and enterprises are transforming. We have put in several production lines of PET plastic sheet, PP plastic sheet and HIPS and PVC sheets. It plays a leading role in the development of the local blister packaging industry, providing local businesses with a wide range of high-quality, good price packaging materials.
Jizhou Blister Association was established in 2017. Li Huizhi is the president also he is CEO of Hengshui Jizhou Qinghua Plastics Factory.
At present, Jizhou's plastics products are very famous in China and play an important role in North China.

Huasu Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. mainly produces and processes PET, PETG, GAG, PP, HIPS and degradable sheet materials.Shijiazhuang Qinghua New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the research and development of production technology, sales and service of plastic sheet, plastic raw material and blister products.
