Product classification, by thickness

A. Commonly thin thermoforming products have a thickness of 0.14 to 5.0 mm, primarily made from materials such as PVC, PP, PS (HIPS), PET (including APET, RPET and PETG), PE, BOPS, and recyclable paper trays, featuring various effects like edge folding, folding, tri-folding, cylindrical shapes, folding boxes, top-and-bottom boxes, and high-frequency forming. These products are widely used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, toys, computers, daily necessities, cosmetics, and mechanical hardware.

B. Special thick vacuum-formed products range from 0.14 to 8.0mm in thickness, primarily made from various materials such as PVC, PP, PS (HIPS), PET (including APET and PETG), ABS, PC, PE, and PMMA, featuring injection-molded types. Key products include refrigerator liners, advertising lightboxes, product display stands, pet cage bases, rear housings for rear-projection TVs, and various mechanical panels. These can replace injection-molded products, offering advantages such as lower mold costs (only 1/20 of injection molds), shorter production cycles, and rapid mold development (typically just 15-30 days).
